compromising sensitive products’ shelf life and users’ health.
WAB‘s sterilizers perform thermo-chemical treatments on containers,
reaching up to 5log decontamination. Chemical residuals after treatments

Hydrogen peroxide activated by the means of hot air allows to decontaminate the inner surface of containers (including shaped and handled ones) and the outer portion of the neck.
With extremely low chemicals consumption and H2O2 residuals compliant with FDA regulations, WAB‘s dry H2O2 System can reach a 5log decontamination in just a few seconds.

Paa solution is injected inside the container while in upside-down position, and then rinsed with sterile water. The sterilizing solution is recovered and reintegrated, in order to minimize chemicals consumption. Rinsing water can be recovered as well or drained.

Machine’s PAA mixing unit is controlled by its own PLC that regulates
dosing, filtering, recovering, heating and measuring functions. Automatic

Thanks to its natural composition and strong sterilizing power, ozone (O3) is largely used in the packaging industry. Ozosistem600 is a simple and reliable ozone generator entirely built by WAB. It can be installed beside independent machines or monoblocs as a slave unit.

The F.D.S. (Flow Detection System) device, designed and patented by WAB, checks the passage of fluid through each nozzle while the container is being treated on a rinsing / blowing machine or sterilizer, to confirm the treatment is being performed correctly. If there is no flow or insufficient flow to guarantee a proper rinsing, the machine discloses the malfunctioning gripper and stops the untreated container on a stated position on the exit starwheel for the operator to remove it. The feedback can be also managed as an alarm, with no stop of the equipment and with the automatic discharge of the untreated container.
